By answering questions from prior years and completing practice exams, you can become familiar with exam formats and gauge your level of readiness.

Remain calm, carry a water bottle, and sip on water frequently. Your body and mind will remain active and calm as a result.

Get Enough Sleep
The first thing you often do when studying for a test is cut back on sleep. Don’t do that, please. Your productivity will suffer if you cut those two hours out of your sleep.
It is preferable to study for 12 hours and produce more than for 14 hours and produce less. We are not competing to see who can study the most hours; rather, we are working to study effectively, complete our coursework, and achieve the best possible grades!
Your mind will be more active when you are awake if you get enough sleep (average people need between 7-8 hours of sleep each night).

Eat Wholesome Foods
Our health and level of activity are significantly influenced by what we eat. We just cannot take any chances when it comes to medical examinations. So what’s going on? The heck is simple, I guess. healthy eating Do not eat fast or junk food!
We are aware that you can consume fast food quickly and that you can use those minutes to study, but it is not wise. You get drowsy after eating a fast meal. Do you intend to nod off while studying for your exams? NO, PLEASE!
So, just consume healthy stuff! You’ll have plenty of time after exams to enjoy your favourite foods!

Get Moving
You simply don’t have enough time on exam day. We are aware of that! However, you might set aside time for exercise on other days. How about a brief morning stroll?
Exercise is beneficial for both your physical and mental health. Exercise gives you more energy, improves your memory, and gets you ready for the rest of the day. Giving time to exercise is an investment in greater health and education, not an expense.
Exercise each day. Once you get into the habit, you’ll appreciate it and find studying a lot more enjoyable.
- Shorten Your Breaks
Our minds are incredibly flexible, but they also have limits. Our brains become worn out and require rest when we study for long periods. It slows down if we continue studying nonstop.
Avoid studying for too long. Take brief breaks frequently and longer breaks sparingly to keep your mind fresh and your study on track.
Although there isn’t a set amount of time between breaks, we advise taking brief breaks after 60 to 90 minutes of study time. It will help you stay motivated and on task.

Obtain Assistance With Tea Or Coffee
Most likely, you are already aware of that advice, but it is still important. Our brains can be rapidly stimulated by tea or coffee, which increases brain memory for improved learning. This does not imply that you should continuously consume coffee or tea; three to four standard-sized cups per day are sufficient.
Get a cup of tea or coffee the next time you are on a study excursion and feeling drowsy or down. Although it won’t make you intelligent, it will encourage you to be active, improve your study skills, acquire intelligence in the appropriate ways, and eventually help you do better on examinations.

There is no short path to learning; big aspirations require tremendous effort. It’s not always easy to study. Always keep your end objective in mind, and written goals have a powerful memory-enhancing effect. Written goals may have a visual influence on our brains, increasing the likelihood that they will be achieved by 42%, according to research. Thus, always put your goals in writing. For example, if you want to become a doctor, write it down, post it somewhere you will see it every day, and allow your subconscious mind to accept your objective!

Make Your Plan Flexible
